Standard Record Search Request Form

Fill in this form if you want to know more detailed information such as;

• plot number
• location of the grave
• whether the person was cremated, buried or interment
• a map of the grave location
• full name of the deceased
• address at time of death
• who else is buried in the grave
• whether single ownership or shared

Also, if the information was recorded and is available, we may even be able to give you details of the deceased’s occupation and purchaser details.

This service can take up to 20 working days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of application and payment.

STANDARD SEARCH REQUEST COST:       £30.00 *
*please not if you have already had an Initial Search Request processed and have already paid the Initial fee of £10.00 for this service we will refund this amount from the £30.00. If you have paid the £20.00 for the initial search request then a maximum of  £10.00 will be refunded from the £30.00.
