"The idea of the project was to produce a book written by women, the profits from which would help other women on the other side of the world (in this case Nepal) to help themselves. The book is a 'snapshot' of women's lives as lived in Britain today. These women come from all backgrounds, do all sorts of things; nurse, hairdresser, teacher, butcher's assistant, yoga teacher, African drummer, jewellery- maker, chocolatier, carer for their husband, author, poet and much more. The women all range in age from 18 to 95 years.

This is truly a rare and unique book. It is a fascinating and insightful read which makes you laugh, cry and feel great about helping others. Every woman should have one ...(and every man too as those who have read it found the book enlightening and very moving.)"

If you want us to post the book to you then you can also purchase the book on-line via PayPal using the link below.
