First Funeral Service in Anglican Chapel since Restoration

anglican_internal

The beautiful Anglican Chapel was used for the first funeral service since undergoing its restoration on 15th June this year.  The service was taken by Malcolm Gaunt, Funeral Celebrant, and arranged via Thomas Davis Funeral Directors.

As part of the service recorded music was played via the Anglican Chapel in-house system.  The clear, poignant sounds of Vera Lynn singing We'll Meet Again and White Cliffs of Dover as well as Time to Say Goodbye by Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli gently played at different intervals throughout the service.

The Anglican Chapel is now available for hire for all funeral or remembrance services and is able to seat up to 86 people with standing room still available.  If you require musicians as part of the service, perhaps a pianist, acoustic guitarist, vocalist, string or brass ensemble to name but a few options available, this can all be arranged for you via the Arnos Vale Office.  Alternatively recorded music can be played through our in house PA system.
