Initial Record Search Request Form

Fill in this form if you are unsure if a family member or friend has been buried or scattered at Arnos Vale Cemetery and would just like to know if they are here or at another cemetery then this is the search for you.

You will only be given a ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ answer as any further information required will require a further search through the records. Due to the time required in undertaking the search this sum is non refundable for all search results.

If successful, you will receive confirmation of burial or cremation, date of burial or cremation and the grave number. This service will take up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of application and payment.
