Grave Image and Standard Record Search Service Request Form

Fill in this form if you want to know more detailed information such as;

• plot number
• location of the grave
• whether the person was cremated, buried or interment
• a map of the grave location
• full name of the deceased
• address at time of death
• who else is buried in the grave
• whether single ownership or shared

Arnos Vale can undertake a more in-depth search for you.  Also, if the information was recorded and is available, we may even be able to give you details of the deceased’s occupation and purchaser details. In addition to the above you will also receive a copy of the entry from the original records, a photograph of the grave and a copy of the transcription from the headstone (where they are legible and accessible*).

*Please note – if removal of ivy from the grave will result in damage to the grave it will not be possible to provide this information.

This service can take up to 30 working days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of application and payment.
