Take afternoon tea with our Gorilla in a special picnic on the Spielman Centre terrace.  Bring a picnic lunch, invite your teddy bear friends and sample the refreshments in our cafe too. 

Today is also your last chance to enter our "Name a Gorilla" and "Colouring Competition" too so make sure you grab your application forms and get your thinking caps on for unusual names for a Gorilla and get colouring.  Why not download the forms from the website and do them at home.  Post your entries to Learning Coordinator, Arnos Vale Cemetery, Bath Road, Bristol, BS4 3EW

Arnos Vale has some exciting events coming up in July and we'd love to see you here.

Arnos Vale is open seven days a week and entry to the site is always free of charge - donations are always welcome and funds raised go towards sustaining the cemetery for the future.

5th July - Wow! A Gorilla at Arnos Vale - a life-size beautifully artworked gorilla, sponsored by Bristol Blue Glass, moves to its new home outside the Spielman Centre today.

23rd July - Moth Watch Guided Torch-lit tour, moth hunt and night time visit to the Gorilla.

26th July - Arnos Vale Animals - family friendly Guided Tour with this animal-themed activity walk.

30th July - Gurrillustration - art session for the whole family with professional artist Simon Gurr.
