Discover how to care for your most treasured possessions. From old photographs to vintage clothing, this course will tell you how to keep them looking their best for future generations.
Using the fantastic archive and collections at Arnos Vale, take a journey into the past. Learn the skills needed to care for precious possessions correctly. Find out the do and and don't of cleaning and storing. Understand what makes things decay and how to slow the process. The session will be an informative workshop with practical activities. You will go away armed with the skills to clearn, store and display your items. The workshop will include a series of practical activities in and outdoors. This workshop is run by Janine Marriott (MSc). An experienced museum curator and learning coordinator at Arnos Vale. How to Book
